Terms and conditions

You are agreeing with the following terms and conditions, by making use of the services of Noortje.

If the terms are not respected during the date, the date will be terminated, and no refund will be issued.

Definitions

Booking: An agreement between a client and Noortje for the provision of services.
Early booking: A booking accepted seven or more days prior to the date.
Last-minute booking: A booking accepted less than seven days prior to the date.

Services

Various types of dates are available, as listed on the ‘Services’ page of this website:

  • Companionship is a non-sexual date. Physical contact is limited to polite gestures (e.g. a friendly hug or touch).
  • A Cuddle date includes physical intimacy such as cuddling. ANR is also possible. There is no sexual contact.
  • A Sensual date includes sexual activities. These may include: handjob, oral sex (with or without condom), intercourse (with condom), fingering, cunnilingus, French kissing, giving anal play (to you), BDSM, and fetishes. Threesomes with couples are also included.I do NOT offer: unprotected penetration, rimming, receiving anal sex, or ejaculation in my mouth.Anal play on you, oral without a condom, French kissing, BDSM and fetishes are only possible with proper hygiene and mutual comfort.

    Extra services such as outfit requests and full glamour styling incur an additional fee, as listed on the Extras page.

If the date takes place during a meal time, you are expected to provide a meal.

For overnight bookings, I require 7 consecutive hours of sleep. During a Companionship date, we will not share a bed.

For dates that last 24 hours or more, at least 3 meals must be provided. I also require 1 hour of personal time for self-care, rest, and maintaining my personal contacts. For dates longer than 48 hours, I require 2 hours of personal time per day.

Sekszorg

Sekszorg offers the same services as a “regular” date. The difference is that these sessions are focused on specific support goals. Collaboration with other professionals (e.g. sexologists or caregivers) may be part of the process.

If you are under legal guardianship or are legally incapacitated, approval is required from your guardian, or mentor.

The support goals, preferences, and needs are discussed during an intake session, possibly together with caregivers. The intake can take place via video call or in person and lasts approximately 30 minutes. The cost is listed on the Rates page. If you book a session afterward, this cost will be deducted from the total.

For in-person intake appointments, travel fees also apply.

Rates

All standard prices quoted by Noortje can be seen on the website. All services include 21% VAT. For bookings abroad, different VAT rates may apply. For locations outside of Leeuwarden, a travel fee applies, as listed on the Rates page. Some extra services incur additional charges.

Rates are always clearly communicated before the booking is confirmed. Rates are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Any additional costs incurred during the date (e.g. for entrance tickets, dining, or hotel stays) are at your expense.

If you damage or destroy any of my personal property, you are responsible for covering the full replacement cost of the item.

Each booking is valid for one type of date only. For example, you cannot book 4 hours of Companionship and add 1 hour Sensual. The most extensive package applies to the entire date.

If a service or package has been paid for, but you choose not to make use of it, no refund will be issued for the unused service.

If the date ends late and I am unable to return home via public transport, you are responsible for covering the cost of alternative arrangements, such as a taxi or hotel. This will be communicated when sceduling the booking.

Payment

You are required to pay the agreed amount no later than upon my arrival.

Payment in foreign currency is not accepted.

Post-payment is not possible.

Payment Method

With your booking confirmation, a payment request via iDeal will be sent by default. Other payment methods are possible upon request.

Payment methods for advance payment:

• In exceptional cases only: Mastercard, Visa, V PAY

Payment methods at the start of the date:
• Cash: in euros and exact amount
• Card payment: with Maestro, V PAY, Debit Mastercard, Visa Debit
• Credit cards only in exceptional cases (Mastercard or Visa)

Credit card

If you wish to pay by credit card, please notify me before the booking. A 5% surcharge applies to credit card payments.

Failed Payment

If a payment fails (e.g., a canceled electronic payment or counterfeit money), a third party, such as a collection agency, may be engaged to recover the outstanding amount. Any additional fees will be charged to you. As your personal and booking details may be shared with this third party, your privacy can no longer be guaranteed from that point onward.

An invoice can be provided upon request.

Booking a date

You can request a booking verbally, by phone, via message, or email. Once we reach an agreement about the booking, I will reserve the time for the date. You will receive a reservation confirmation.

For most dates, a deposit is required. Only for last-minute bookings in Leeuwarden shorter than 6 hours, no deposit is needed.

The booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received within the specified time frame. For last-minute bookings, this is 24 hours; for early bookings, it is 72 hours (3 days). If the deposit is not received in time, the reservation expires.

In the case of a date without a deposit (last-minute bookings in Leeuwarden, shorter than 6 hours), the booking is confirmed once you have received an appointment confirmation.

Deposit

A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount (including travel fees and extras) is required.

For bookings outside the Netherlands, a 50% deposit is required.

Any costs I need to incur in advance for the booking (such as flight tickets or hotel expenses) must be paid in full upfront.

Being late

You're running late

If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible, preferably by calling.

Date with a deposit

Less than 30 minutes late
This will be deducted from your booked time.

More than 30 minutes late
You will have two options:

  • You pay the remaining date costs + a €100 fee via bank transfer or payment request. I will wait, and the date continues. The waiting time after the first 30 minutes will be deducted from the total date time.
  • You cancel the appointment. The deposit will not be refunded.

Booking without a deposit

Less than 15 minutes late
This will be deducted from your booked time.

More than 15 minutes late
You will have two options:

  • You pay the full date cost via bank transfer or payment request. I will wait, and the date continues. Conditions of a booking with deposit will then apply.

  • You cancel the appointment. You will no longer be able to book a date with me without a deposit.

I'm running late

I always do my best to arrive on time. If any unforseen circumstances cause a delay, I will notify you as soon as possible.

Less than 30 minutes late
You will have two options:

  • The date starts upon my arrival. We end later than originally planned.

  • We end at the originally planned time, and you get the lost time added to your next date.

More than 30 minutes late
You will have two options:

  • The appointment is canceled. Cancellation terms as if I canceled apply.

  • The appointment continues, and you wait for me. The date starts upon my arrival and lasts as long as planned + 50% of the waiting time as compensation. If it’s not possible for the date to be extended at that time, the extra time can be added to a future date.

Cancellation

You wish to cancel

If you wish to cancel the appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.

If I have already incurred expenses for our date (such as flight tickets or hotel costs), you will not be refunded for those expenses.

The date is more than 7 days away

If you wish to cancel a planned date and notify me at least 7 days in advance, your deposit will be refunded. If you already paid the full amount for the date, that will also be refunded.

If this happens twice in one calendar year, your deposit will no longer be refunded, as compensation for the time I invested in our arrangements.

The date is between 3 and 7 days away

If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before the date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.

If this happens a second time in one calendar year, the deposit will not be refunded.

The date is within 72 hours

If you cancel within 3 days of the scheduled date, the deposit will not be refunded.

 

I need to cancel

I will always do my best to plan appointments in a way that avoids cancellations or changes. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may make it necessary.

The date is ≥ 7 days away

If I need to cancel 7 or more days before our date, your deposit will be refunded.

The date is < 7 days away

If I need to cancel less than 7 days before our date, your deposit will be refunded.
In addition, you will receive 1/6 of the scheduled time as a bonus to use during your next booking. This time can only be added to a booking and cannot be used as a standalone appointment.

Booking without a deposit

For any booking that did not require a deposit, no compensation will be offered in the event of a cancellation.

Location

The location of our date must be provided to me in advance.

Meeting at my home is never possible.

When we are in public, please be mindful of the setting and the people around us. Polite gestures like a hug, kiss, or touch are perfectly fine — but passionate kissing or sexual acts are not appropriate in public.

Only the people we agreed upon beforehand may be present at the location.

The location should have a comfortable temperature.

Our date can take place at your home, in a hotel, a clean and well-maintained Airbnb, a swingers club, or a BDSM club. Activities in public spaces like a theatre, restaurant, or park are also possible.

At your home

The location must be tidy and clean.

In the case of a Cuddle or Sensual date, there must be clean sheets on the bed and access to clean towels. The location must also have private sanitary facilities (toilet, sink, and shower) that are not shared with others.

If you live in a care facility, we can also meet there — provided the facility allows it.

At a hotel

If we’re meeting in a hotel, it should be clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a double bed. The hotel must have at least a three-star rating, or — if it has no official rating — offer the comfort and experience of a minimum three-star hotel.

Outside the Netherlands

Screening

For a date abroad, additional screening is required. The following documents must be provided:

  • A copy of a valid ID;

  • A photo of you holding your ID next to your face;

  • A clear photo showing your face;

  • If we are staying in a hotel: confirmation of the booking (including hotel details, dates, and your personal info);

  • If we are staying at your home: a video showing the street and the outside of the house with the house number clearly visible, where you open the front door and walk inside.

Minimum Booking Duration

The minimum booking duration for a date depends on the location and method of travel. For most major European cities, the minimum duration is 5 hours. For destinations outside of Europe, the minimum is 24 to 48 hours.

Costs

A custom travel fee applies to European and international bookings. This is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Different VAT rules may apply per country, which can affect the final rate.

If it’s not possible for me to return on the same day, you’ll be responsible for covering the cost of a hotel.

Clients

Client acceptance

People of all genders, cultures, and appearances are welcome as clients.

Minimum age

The minimum age is 18. If I have doubts about your age, you must show a valid form of identification. A photo or copy is not sufficient. If you are unwilling or unable to do so, the date will be ended, and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Hygiene

You are expected to maintain good hygiene. Shower on the day of our date, make sure your nails are clean and not too long or sharp, and brush your teeth. First date

Sometimes it happens that the chemistry just isn’t there. If you’re a new client and feel this within the first 10 minutes of our date, you’re allowed to end the meeting. In that case, I will retain the deposit as compensation for my time and preparations, but the remainder of the fee will be refunded.

This rule does not apply to bookings outside the Netherlands.

Privacy

I will not share any information about you with others unless you have explicitly given me permission to do so. Exceptions to this include:

  • If I need to involve a third party (such as a collection agency), as outlined under Failed payment.

  • In emergencies, such as those requiring police or medical assistance.

  • If you involve me in criminal matters.

  • In cases of misconduct, such as boundary-crossing, non-payment, or no-shows. In such situations, I may among other things place you on a blacklist that is shared with colleagues.

You are not allowed to share any personal information about me with others.

It is not permitted to take photos, videos, or audio recordings of me.

Discretion

My bank account is registered under a generic name, so no escort-related information will appear on your statement.

When we meet, I dress in regular clothing. Bystanders will not be able to tell that you are meeting with an escort.

I may use a driver, who will always choose a discreet drop-off location. The car will not stop directly in front of your door or park on your street.

Safety

I reserve the right to decline clients or bookings without providing a reason.

I reserve the right to use safety measures in any form I see fit. Someone always knows where I am during appointments. You must ensure that I remain reachable by phone for my safety and well-being.

You may only use your own car to transport me if I have first taken a photo of the car and its license plate.

If there is reason to believe that the booking compromises my safety, privacy, or reputation, the booking will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

My boundaries must always be respected. Repeatedly pushing or trying to negotiate them is unacceptable. If you cross my boundaries, the date will be ended, and further steps may be taken.

Condom use during penetration is mandatory and non-negotiable. I get tested for STIs at least every three months. If I ever test positive for an STI, I will inform you. If you have an STI, you are expected to inform me as soon as possible.

If you have a contagious illness, you must tell me before our meeting. We’ll then decide together whether the date can go ahead. If I decide to cancel for health reasons, the same cancellation terms will apply as if you cancelled. Should I observe any symptoms that suggest a contagious illness, the booking will be terminated on the spot and no refund will be provided.

Drugs, alcohol & law

I do not use drugs or alcohol. You must not use drugs or be under the influence of drugs during our date. Moderate alcohol use is fine, but you may not be or become tipsy or drunk.

Encouraging me to use or tolerate the use of drugs or excessive alcohol will not be accepted.

Out of respect for my health and comfort, smoking is not allowed in the space we share during our date.

You must comply with the laws of the country we are in during our date.
